How long it takes
Production — printing, finishing, and checking — usually takes 3–5 business days, and that’s separate from the delivery time after your order leaves us. We ship across Canada, from B.C. to the Maritimes and the North; a parcel to Toronto or Vancouver typically arrives sooner than one to a remote community.

How we keep prints sharp
We calibrate our printing so colour and skin tones come out true to life, and every order is checked before it ships. We also compare your uploaded file to the size you chose — if it isn’t high enough resolution to print sharply, we tell you before we print rather than send something soft.
To get the best result: upload the original file, not a screenshot; remember bigger files print bigger; watch heavy crops; and favour bright, in-focus photos.
